Designed with durability and complete comfort in mind, the US214 has full incline/decline capabilities, a curl pad, front and back leg rollers and a weight rack. With just a few simple alterations you can customise the US214 to target any muscle group.
Legs
With the US214’s handy front and back leg rollers, you’ll never have to skip leg day again. Put the bench in a sitting position to target your adductors with leg extensions, then flatten it and lie on your stomach to work on your glutes and quads with prone leg curls. Face the curl pad from opposite the bench and you can configure it for sitting calf raises.
Arms & Shoulders
With the US214’s comfortable concentration pad and a barbell, you can pump up your biceps with ease. Simply lean forward on the bench when it is in the sitting position and rest your triceps on the pad, then extend the barbell and pull it back again. Repeat for awesome. Then grab your dumbbells and lean back for shoulder presses.
Chest & Back
Some people say that ‘‘back is the legs of the upper body’’, but with prone bench dumbbell rows, you can turn it into the center-piece of your physique. Raise the US214 to a comfortable incline, lie on your stomach and pull your dumbbells towards you to give the muscles along your spine a good workout. Then slide the bench into decline and lie on your back for shoulder presses.
Abdomen
Just slip the bench into decline, grab a medicine ball or plate weight and start crunching. The front and back leg rollers offer two positions for ankle grip, so you can feel comfortable on this bench no matter your height.
