The total length of time for delivery depends on various factors such as finance, paperwork, your location and availability of stock at the warehouse. Once your order has been placed, UBench will provide you with a rough estimate as to when your fitness products will be delivered. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information to allow you to track when your order will arrive.
If you have accepted a quotation and have paid the amount due and all the products selected are in stock then your products should be delivered within 7-14 working days.
International orders of products in stock within South Africa can take between 7-21 working days depending on the service type selected for delivery. Custom order timelines vary and depend on several factors such as finance, paperwork and designing and manufacturing processes. Please contact info@ubench.co.za to assist you with this.
Shipping costs are based on the volume, size and weight of your order and calculated on request.
· Transport Cost includes delivery within a 25Km radius of Main centres throughout South Africa.
· Additional fees will apply for delivery to outlying areas.
· Collections can be arranged from our Durban warehouse facility on a pre-arranged booking basis.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse facility based in Durban, South Africa. Some equipment orders can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door on special request and by prior arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE: if any damage occurs during transit after leaving our warehouse, the customer would be responsible to contact the courier company directly and file any and all claims for damage.
Curbside freight is the standard delivery service via freight carriers that leaves your product on the first dry landing of your home or business, eg. driveway/front doorstep or commercial storefront. UBench Fitness Company is not responsible for carrying equipment upstairs/into unusual spaces/any rooms unless prior email communication has been granted on this requirement.
Yes, all equipment delivered by UBench is insured up to and including delivery to the designated delivery address (curbside freight). Once delivered, the customer would need to have the necessary insurance in place.
You can collect your order from our warehouse facility in Durban, South Africa. If you prefer this option over having it shipped please just select COLLECT when checking out. Please note UBench Fitness Company will provide you with a designated pick-up time and date when you can collect your order.

Many customers choose to install their own equipment for additional savings on shipping. Please refer to the below as a guideline as to how difficult each fitness product is to install.

Please note: UBench cannot be held liable for any incorrect assembly or installation undertaken by the customer which may result in injury as a result thereof. The use of any equipment purchased from UBench Fitness Company (Pty) Ltd is at your own risk. UBench will not be held responsible for any damages or injury suffered as a result of using any equipment purchased.
In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please include a comment to this effect on the delivery note that the driver has with him. If the products packaging has been damaged, we apologize for this and will require you to email through to our Customer Service team with your order number, full name, address and photographs of the damage. Our Customer Service team will assist with repairs/parts replacement, however, if the damage is not easily fixable, a replacement will be considered. Extensive damage to packaging must be stated on the delivery note next to your signature.
Please note: Damage to packaging must be reported immediately (within 2 working days) of signing. Neither UBench Fitness Company nor the courier can be held responsible for short deliveries, damages to packaging and/or items if you do not note them on your delivery note. Most of our products are flat packed in branded UBench cardboard/wooden boxes/crates. In most cases products are shipped disassembled. If couriered, all orders are carefully packaged and secured to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. If you are collecting we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage when the item leaves our warehouse facility.

As long as the item is not assembled or used we are happy to receive it back for a store credit or exchange. Please note the transport costs back to our warehouse facility will be for the customer’s account. Goods can be returned within 10 days of purchase and must be in the original packaging. This, however, excludes custom items and clearance items for which the goods must be packaged appropriately for transport.

At UBench Fitness Company we can manufacture and customize our fitness products to suit your specific requirements.
Made-to-order is a specific custom-made order that you have requested. This could be a product that contains colour variations or a very specific product and branding.
Once the initial payment has been made, products that are made-to-order have a turnaround time of approximately 8-12 weeks due to the manufacturing process and delivery.
All made-to-order products are non-refundable if the order is cancelled. We are unable to provide you with either a refund or store credit as these products have been specifically manufactured to your requested guidelines.

Once you have submitted a quotation request for gym equipment, your request will be sent to a qualified sales executive. The executive will make contact with you and send additional information alongside the quotation that contains all pricing of the product that you selected. Please note that if you have selected a large number of products, your quotation can take up to 48 hours to complete.
