SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow UBench Fitness Company up to 7-14 working days for the delivery of your order. We will get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, there are lead times associated with processing your order at our warehouse facility. Please note outlying areas may take longer for delivery. Your Order will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Your physical address will need to be provided together with your postal code and full contact details.

We send orders throughout South Africa using a selected, reputable courier agent. The courier charge is an additional fee displayed on your invoice. This amount will need to be paid with your order before it leaves our warehouse facility.

Shipment tracking numbers will be provided. Once an order is dispatched it is in the courier service hands and out of our control. We cannot be held liable for delays but will work with the courier company to resolve any issues ASAP.

All equipment is insured up to and including delivery to the designated delivery address (curbside freight). Once delivered, the customer would need to have their own insurance in place.

Shipping offered by UBench is Curbside Freight. This is the standard delivery service via freight carriers that leaves your product on the first dry landing of your home or business, eg. driveway/front doorstep or commercial storefront. UBench Fitness Company is not responsible for carrying equipment upstairs/into unusual spaces/any rooms.

LOCAL COLLECTIONS

Please select the COLLECT option during checkout. Once your order is ready we will notify you via email with a designated pick-up time and date. Please be sure to show your confirmation email and order number when collecting.
