Kevin and his team at UBench are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I contacted Kevin to discuss options for a recumbent bike to delivery of the bike, I was blown away by the level of professional and friendly service I received. I was constantly kept updated regarding delivery of the bike and I received my recumbent bike in Johannesburg (from Durban) less than 24 hours after making payment! As for the recumbent bike itself, it is of an exceptional quality and is sturdy, well built, quiet and a pleasure to use. All round, I would strongly recommend UBench for all your gym equipment needs. They’re passionate about what they do and their products, and it certainly shows. You won’t be disappointed!
